Our Founder & CEO

An Audacious, Nature Lover, a Dreamer, and a Seeker who always saw the work as more than a mere tool to earn material comfort!

He was Born on 26th January 1970 in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, India (The first Industrial & Cosmopolitan City in India recognized for the Smart, Modern & Beautiful life offered to its people). Delighted to spend his early days of life amid nature in a Boarding Public School, Vikas Vidyalaya, Ranchi, and studied up to the 10th grade. Shifted to Ravenshaw College, Cuttack, and pursued I. Com & B. Com (Hons.) and then joined Xavier Institute of Social Service (XISS), Ranchi, to pursue a PGD in Human Resources.

Like every young individual, he took a plunge into professional life and enjoyed working in different capacities at large corporate houses, like Data Cables, RKFL, Tata, Jindal, Uttam, and lastly at UK-based Liberty Steel Group for over 27 yrs and rose to Head HR/CHRO position. 

Certified External Assessor for Tata Business Excellence Model (TBEM), Senior Business Leaders Program (SBLP), Tata Affirmative Action Program (TAAP) & CII National HR Excellence Program are a few of his Achievements. Had done many Internal & External Assessments within & outside Tata Group and won many awards, rewards & accolades for other organizations he served.

He feels that the domain knowledge acquired over a period of time must go back to the industry, and thus, GreenHRM Solutions was born. This start-up will be committed to helping organizations build capacity and capability to enhance the human potential to face future business threats or challenges. Based on the pain areas encountered, he has conceptualized robust design and delivery of people practices and will ensure flawless execution of those solutions while delighting customers through competitive pricing.
